The main objective of the development of the medical education system at the present stage is the formation of a specialist who is ready for independent medical practice in the conditions of the modern level of material and technical equipment of healthcare. To achieve this goal, significant material and technical re-equipment of the industry is expected: the creation of medical information systems aimed at high-tech medical care. Where training and work is possible only with thorough training in the disciplines of the natural science cycle in the process of training at a medical university. In this regard, the personal-value aspect of education acquires fundamental meaning. In the process of teaching students of a medical university physics, mathematics, medical informatics, innovative technologies should be used.
However, high-quality training and labor activity of a doctor is impossible without thorough training in the disciplines of the natural science cycle in the process of training at a medical university.
A doctor is the first person in whose hands a newborn falls. And it is vital that these hands are clean, kind, warm, smart. We, honey workers. Universities: leaders, teachers, etc., we bear great responsibility and a sense of duty so that these “doctor’s hands” take place and always remain clean and honest.
We are teachers of mathematics, every day we bring a particle of our knowledge, our experience, takes an honorable part in the formation of the personality of a real doctor. The concept of a real doctor is closely related to the concept of "A man with a capital H". To form a highly moral personality of a doctor is not an easy task for the entire medical staff and for the student himself — the physician. We, mentors, must fulfill our duty to the future Doctor: to teach him to be a person and a doctor. The microclimate of the university, which has absorbed all the best from previous generations, is a favorable environment for the professional growth of future doctors.
A teacher is not only a teacher of scientific discipline, it is a teacher and mentor.
Just as it is impossible to teach without showing educational influence, it is impossible to solve educational problems without equipping students with a complex system of mathematical knowledge and skills.
A high level of adaptation of a graduate of a medical university at the workplace can be ensured only on the basis of high-quality training in all areas, developed logic of thinking and the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in practice. The requirements for natural science training are specifically stipulated in the documents defining the qualification characteristics of a modern doctor -various kinds of competencies (OK, PC). This is due to the advancement in the system of medical education of the latest achievements of the natural sciences, which are of general scientific importance, contributing to the formation of a future understanding of the future physicians and the natural-scientific style of thinking, which can improve the quality of their fundamental training. The current stage of development of society is characterized by a qualitative change in the activities of the doctor, which is associated with the widespread introduction of mathematical models in this activity that take place in medical practice.
A huge role is played by the basic courses of natural-mathematical and biomedical disciplines - such as chemistry, biology, physiology, physics, higher mathematics, medical informatics.
Natural science knowledge to a large extent determines the possibilities and degree of specialist preparedness in mastering private medical techniques and new medical technologies. The speed with which updates of natural science knowledge take place necessitates not only their study, but also their effective application, and this, in turn, requires training in the ability of future specialists to learn in the process of their professional activity, and a significant role in solving this problem belongs to pedagogical science in the system of higher medical education.
New time is changing the climate not only in nature, but also in the life of every person, society, institution. The changes associated with progress in all fields of science and art are our joy, pride and hope for the best. Unfortunately, the “river of time" has brought to the life of people, the life of educational institutions and other social institutions the great conveniences associated with innovation, mercilessly taking away a lot of good things related to the concept of "Humanity" We are the older generation teachers who came to our curriculum according to the Soviet socialist program, those who have absorbed all the best from socialist education must be able to resist the departure of all the best that was in the system of socialist education.
