The syndrome of the patellar balance disorder of dysplastic genesis. Part 1. General principles of study construction

The authors present their conception of «traumatic or congenital dislocations of the patella. It is carried out according to the theory of genetically determined hereditarily predisposed pathology of joints, with its new untraditional notions of this pathology essence. The conception has put new quality in diagnostics, treatment and prediction of patellar dislocations.
