Information and communication technology is a combination of information and Communication Technology. ICT is the provision of information in electronic form, its processing and storage, but it is not necessary to transmit it. Today, every teacher of any school subject should prepare and conduct a lesson using ICT, because now the teacher has the opportunity to make the lesson brighter and more interesting.

Any child who demonstrates a normal level of development is able to learn any language that he or she encounters in an environment where he or she lives, where he or she has the potential to communicate with others. On the contrary, every child without a pathological defect can learn two, three or more tilni. The functions of the computer as a weapon of teacher activity are based on its ability to accurately record, store and transmit large amounts of Data, Group data and process statistics. This will allow it to be used to optimize the management of the learning process, increase the effectiveness and objectivity of the educational process, thereby significantly saving the teacher's time in the following areas:

Tilni each material presented in the study should be meaningful and the topics should be connected with one another and, if necessary, connected with other things that the child has learned in other tutorials. In this case, it is forbidden for Foreign Language teachers to work together with other teachers who teach in a given class and make plans together. In this regard, in the process of teaching, one can use models and fairy tales, songs based on the content-task, which correspond to the levels and activities of cognitive, linguistic and social development in which the students directly participate. In conclusion, given the fact that more than half the world's population speaks two or more languages in their daily lives, we are sure that learning a foreign language is not a miracle. On top of this, we can teach a foreign language to the student not only as an opportunity for success that few people have achieved, but also as an opportunity for them to co-exist with the Times.
If pedagogical activity is carried out by the teacher as a vital function of education, as well as a personal professional function, the technology of teaching ensures that pedagogical activity is the criterion. The technology of teaching is a pedagogical process, in the interaction of the subjects (teacher, pupil, group) involved in the process, the goal, Content, method will be interrelated. Its result will largely depend on the technology of the pedagogical process. Setting a goal, changing the content, mastering the method constitute the essence of technology.
The use of new information technology in teaching allows the student to be considered as a central figurehead of the educational process and leads to a change in the style of the relationship between its subjects. At the same time, the teacher ceases to be the main source of information and occupies the position of the person who organizes and controls the independent and cognitive activities of the students.
The age of computer technology is developing rapidly and, perhaps, any sphere of human activity has disappeared, it does not find its application. Pedagogical technologies were not excluded from the general computerization process. Therefore, the use of information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the educational process is a topical problem of modern education.[3]
As we all know, today the demand for reforming the education system on a global scale, as well as for personnel with excellent experience in each field, is increasing day by day. Many countries exchange experience not only in a specific field, but also in training specialists with sufficient experience in all directions. Living in a society with all the amenities is one of the main tasks of our youth, not only to reside, but also to be able to adopt reasonable use of the conditions created, as well as to constantly improve our knowledge skills. With the introduction of information technologies into our lives, attention to this area is growing, and day by day is developing. Whichever sector you take, in the field of education, military or sports, the development and future growth of these areas is directly related to Information Technology. It is worth noting that the role of information technology is important in all the work carried out at the level of our country today, including in the educational system is of great importance. It is no secret that today Information Technology is considered one of the most important factors for life. If we take this idea as an example, today we are offering a new technology from a different location or from a previously presented location without having to deeply study a new technology and apply it to real life as a generation of the same technology.
