The modernization of the education system, like all other spheres of our society, remains one of the most pressing issues today. Creating an innovative educational environment, ensuring its full compliance with international standards is an important factor in the successful socialization of our citizens to today's rapidly changing social environment. Significant work is being carried out in our republic in solving this task.

Currently, the final stage of the implementation of the National Program of Personnel Training in the educational system continues. It was initiated to ensure a high quality indicator of the national program's implementation, to improve the content of education on the basis of State educational standards. Monitoring work is carried out at the school, district, city, republican level to determine the compliance of the state educational standards in all educational sciences with the same standards of support and knowledge acquired by students at the end of the academic year.

At present, the interest in the application of interactive methods, innovative technologies, pedagogical and information technologies in the educational process, attention in the educational process, attention is being paid day by day, one of the reasons for this is that by this time, in traditional education, students are taught only to acquire ready-made knowledge, modern technology teaches them to search for their the teacher in this process creates conditions for the development, formation, acquisition and upbringing of knowledge of the individual and at the same time performs the function of stewardship, directing. In the educational process, the student-student becomes the main figure.

As envisaged in the national program, on the basis of modern information technology and computer networks, the provision of information on the educational process is developing. The publication base of science and education develops. Educational, educational-methodical, scientific innovation, modern technologies are perfected and applied to the educational process. The teacher searches for ways, methods and methods, forms of teaching, methods and tasks that will students, be convenient for him and the learner, will rely on modern pedagogical technologies and increase the effectiveness of the teaching process. It will improve the high quality and effectiveness of the teaching process by teaching students independent thinking. Therefore, pedagogical technology, didactic technology, educational technologies are considered the most effective tools in the educational process. They are widely used in pedagogical practice.

Implementation of the "National program of Personnel Training" provides for improvement of the structure and content of the continuous education system on the basis of modern scientific achievements and social experience. To do this, first of all, it is necessary to provide modern teaching methods in all educational institutions based on advanced, scientific-methodological aspects. One of the urgent problems facing the system of educating the younger generation is the purpose, objectives, content update. In order to increase the effectiveness of education, to ensure the acquisition of independent knowledge, teachers who have seen good implementation in educational institutions and who know modern pedagogical technologies, interactive methods, in addition to solid acquisition of knowledge in their field, are aware of the rules for their use in the organization of educational and educational activities, are required.

The role of innovative technologies in the development of modern knowledge and practical skills for young people cannot be overemphasized. Modern information technologies create wide opportunities in the application of advanced pedagogical technologies. In this regard, specific experience has been accumulated in secondary special, vocational education institutions, including academic lyceums in Bukhara region.

The most urgent issue and task at the moment is a lesson from the introduction of educational standards into the educational process. In order to apply pedagogical technology to the educational process, it is necessary to create its scientific and practical basis. In the introduction of pedagogical technologies into the educational process, it is desirable to carry out the following works:

  •    organization of the study by reading the theory of pedagogy and practice of pedagogical technology;

  •    to learn, observe, control and practice pedagogical technologies

  •    organization of introduction courses;

  •    seminars on the implementation of pedagogical technologies in the educational process, conducting trainings;

  •    analysis of the experiences of the practical application of advanced pedagogical technologies, generalization, recommendation on popularization, creation of manuals, delivery to educational institutions.

Innovation technologies are the pedagogical process, the introduction of innovations and changes in the activities of teachers and students, and mainly interactive techniques are used in its implementation. Interactive methods - this is referred to as collective thinking, that is, they are methods of pedagogical interaction, which is a component of the content of Education. The peculiarity of these techniques is that they are carried out only through the joint activity of educators and students-students.

In the opinion of teachers, scientific researchers, practitioners who study the issues, problems of pedagogical technology, pedagogical technology is defined as the use of computer, distance learning, various techniques, which are related not only to information technology, but also need to be applied in the teaching process. In our opinion, we believe that the most basic negation of pedagogical technology is that it depends on the technologies that the teacher and the student have chosen to achieve the guaranteed result from the set goal in cooperation, that is, in the course of teaching, it is used to achieve the guaranteed result on the goal, that is, if each educational technology can, to the group, if they can draw conclusions themselves, and if the group is able to evaluate them, and the teacher is able to create opportunities and conditions for their activities, then, in our opinion, this is the basis of the teaching process.

Each course, subject, subject has its own technology of study, that is, pedagogical technology in the educational process is an individual process, which is a pedagogical process aimed at one goal, pre-designed and guaranteed results, based on the resources of the student-student.

In the course of teaching, students should be treated as individuals, apply various pedagogical technologies and modern techniques, be independent, free thinking, research, creative interaction with each issue, feel responsibility, carry out scientific research work, analyze, use scientific literature efficiently, the main thing is their interest in studying, science, pedagogy and profession of their choice.
