Tilomag and kitopharm work against eimeriosis of cattle

In this scientific article, the species composition of eimeria parasitizing in cattle under breeding conditions was studied, and a comparative analysis of the therapeutic efficacy of a 20 % injection of tilomag and kitafarm in powder form in cattle eimeriosis was carried out. According to the results of coproscopy, oocysts of two pathogenic species of Eimeria - Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii were found. Emeriotic invasion in cattle proceeds in an associated form. The invasion rate in heifers is 8.4 times higher than in cows and is 43.9 and 5.26 %, respectively. The relative degree of infection with eimeriosis in heifers is 1111 oocysts per 1 g of feces, which indicates a weak degree of infection. The therapeutic efficacy of a 20 % solution of tilomag and kitafarm was 100 % 5 days after treatment. These drugs do not have a negative effect on the animal organism. In the dynamics of hematological blood parameters of cattle before and after treatment, all indicators were within the control group.
