Any profession demand from the specialist to have certain psychological traits that are described in psychogramm. We analysed the traits of the first year students (49 respondents) of Higher Nursing Work of faculty at TashPMI. The results showed that 61 % of the students have higher level of kindness, 34% have emotional lability.
