Basic errors in making the introductory and research parts of the conclusion of handwriting examinations

The article provides an analysis of the most common shortcomings of the introductory and research parts of the expert opinion in the production of forensic handwriting examinations. The practical aspects of their influence on such requirements as reliability, completeness, validity and persuasiveness are revealed. Based on the study of problems arising from the preparation of an expert on the results of the considered type of forensic research, a comprehensive solution is proposed to solve the existing problems by conducting preventive measures in the system of judicial expertise of law enforcement.
