Typical mistakes (tricks) in improper forensic linguistic expertise

The question about the peculiar characteristics of improper forensic linguistic expertise of the text is discussed in the present article. The illustrative analysis of the typical linguistic and logical mistakes which can be regarded as tricks (sophisms) is given, e.g. the replacement of a slang word by a literary one, the interpretation of a stylistically marked word as a neutral one, the absence of different dictionaries data correlation, facile generalization, thesis substitution etc.
