The article reveals the main personal features of a criminal - subject of violating the law of copyright and related rights. The author focuses on the significance of these attributes in investigation of such type of crimes. The author gives some recommendations on usage of personal psychological peculiarities aimed at optimization of the investigative process of the mentioned type of crime.
