Typological features of the management culture of the Russian science

The article explores the uniqueness of the management culture in the Russian science determined by the historical and national features of the country. It presents the different typologies of the management culture with the description of underlying classification features. The author compares the Russian and the foreign research teams' leadership. The paper deals with the typological features typical for the management culture at the present stage of development.
