Typology of factors stimulating merger of economic subjects into corporation

Revelation of substance and taking into account actions of constitutive factors, which fulfill a role of centripetal forces and unite structurally independent subdivisions or seperate companies into corporation, always attracted the attention of specialists in corporative management. At the same time there is no a single common point of view on the system of factors, which stimulate integration of economic subjects. The purpose of this article is to present methodological issues of these factors systematization.
