The restriction of parental rights is an important measure to protect the rights and interests of children, prevention of abuse and committed against them aggressive socially dangerous acts. Development of methodological issues forensic psychological and psychiatric examination by limiting parental rights is an urgent problem in forensic psychiatry, medical psychology and law. On the model of expert assessment of mental state of women with schizophrenia studied typology dangerous maternal behavior, highlight its pathological and pathopsychological motivation.
