Types of prejudice in criminal procedure law

The authors study theoretical approaches to classifications of criminal procedural prejudices, evaluate the validity of the criteria for their typologization. The authors prove the division of prejudice into absolute and relative prejudice taking into account the transformation of criminal procedural legislation of Russia and figure out their typology on the criterion of functions of criminal procedural law.
