Classification of social technologies in administration

The article focuses on the classification of types of social technologies in administration. The author proposes a logical classification based on the five basic principles of division. The study examines the socio-managerial prerequisites for the formation of categories, actualizes existing models in sociological knowledge and develops new ones taking into account the transformation of society and current managerial trends. The author develops a model of subject-object interaction in the context of the application of social technologies in administration; presents general characteristics of social technologies (ST), types and specification of STs according to the scale of impact, the nature of occurrence, integration resources and the trajectory of perception. Modern methods and tools used in the development of social management technologies contribute to the effective solution of problems and promote sustainable development. Information systems, online platforms, monitoring and analysis systems are used as effective means for the exchange of experience and ideas between participants and stakeholders to coordinate actions and make effective managerial decisions. The author emphasizes that the use of social technologies of public administration contributes to the improvement of interaction between government and society, increasing the effectiveness of decisions, enhancing level of trust in government agencies and strengthening democratic values. The importance of social technologies in administration is confirmed not only in the field of management sociology, but also in all related spheres, in almost any professional activity requiring effective communications and constructive management.
