Typical investigative situations as the element of integrative methods of investigation of crimes in the field of drug trafficking and possible algorithms of actions in each of these situations (based on judicial and investigative practice)

In the article, the authors analyze the forensic investigative practice in investigation of crimes in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking, namely, crimes for which Art. 228, 228.1, 228.3, 228.4, 229.1, 231, 232 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation provide for criminal responsibility. Based on the analysis, typical investigative situations arising in the course of the investigation of these crimes are highlighted. These situations are the structural elements of the integrative method of investigating crimes in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking; examples illustrating them are presented. The authors also have developed and proposed algorithms for procedural and other actions in each of the identified investigative situations.
