Types of democratic management in Max Weber's sociology

There is considered one of the most important problems of political sociology like the dichotomy of beaurocracy and democracy in the light of Weber's conception of beaurocracing all spheres of social life. The Weber's views on the forms of democratic governing in the industrial society are analyzed.
