Types of organizational structures, their advantages and disadvantages

In the context of rapid globalization changes, in particular, market conditions, environmental factors for the operation of an enterprise, business leaders face problems in building their management structures. Organizational structures are an integral component of any enterprise management system. This article discusses the components of the management system, identifies types of organizational management structures, discloses linear and functional structures, as well as requirements for organizational structures. A critical analysis of the presented organizational structures of management has been carried out.
