The types of regional cluster policy and their interrelation with the capital infrastructure complex of water use

The article investigates the complex character of regional cluster policy and its relations with the mechanism of policy implementation in the capital city and near-capital regions. The special attention is paid to the development of the capital infrastructure complex of rational water using, meeting the requirements of the population, supporting the functions of the capital city, economic entities and infrastructure. The author justifies the matrix nature of formation of the united space for interaction of economic mechanism elements and types of regional cluster policy.
