The article presents the results of studies on the study of the toxicological properties of an aqueous solution of C60 fullerene, zinc, vitamin D3, c and quercetin for laboratory animals. It was found that the studied compound does not have pronounced toxic effects. A short-term negative effect of the compound, passing during the first day, was found only in white rats of 4-5 groups and white mice - 3 groups. Application of the studied compound to the skin and conjunctiva of the eye does not cause pronounced irritation. Thus, the developed pharmacological composition can be attributed to the 4th hazard class of chemicals.
