Tolerance and interethnic communications

The problem of interethnic tolerance is always urgent for international contacts. It is of great importance in different ethnic groups’ relations within the society, the latter being determined as interethnic communication. Tolerance is considered to be a respect, an adoption and a realization of the wide diversity of both ethnic group cultures and self-realization forms and ways to reveal human individualities as either an active relation formed on the basic of recognition of the universal human rights and liberties or a renunciation of the dogmatism and standard validation established in the international legal acts in the field of human rights. Strengthening of interest in a problem of ethnic tolerance and the requirement to give it active character in social philosophy mainly are caused by disturbing realities of modern Russian reality, finding out negative tendencies in the interethnic relations in country scales that it gives to article actual character. Historically the term “tolerance” has appeared in connection with confessional split in Europe of the 16th century as designation of religious tolerance. In semantics of the term from Latin «tolerantia» there are three values - resistance to uncertainty, tolerance, a tolerance from norm. The problem of international relations is urgent in any polyethnic society. Tolerance is a certain stage on the way from conflicts to real mutual understanding. Integrative space is a certain cultural community preserving basic ethic features of peoples different in language and cultural parameters as a result of their interconnection. In the conditions of globalization, ethnic pluralism and confessional variety, political instability, social and spiritual crisis, the idea with a reference point on association of all citizens to United multinational Russia is necessary. And the idea of civil integration of societies especially as there is an experience of the countries of new European civilization with different extent of implementation of this idea can only be such idea.
