Tolerance as personality quality of a law enforcement officer (theory and methodology grounds)

The authors focus on conceptual grounds for the activity-based approach, reason the perception of a law enforcement officer as the subject of cultivating tolerance involved in the collective work. In establishing tolerance (as the quality of a law enforcement officer) three potential restrictions are examined and three levels of tolerance are reasoned. The conclusions made are up-to-date for self-education and for organizing educational activity in the Interior agencies.
