Tomographic study of the hips in children with the hip congenital dislocation

The results of computer tomography in 33 children with the hip congenital dislocation have been analyzed in the work. The tomography examination has allowed to reveal the extent of underdevelopment of the articular elements of the hip in the frontal and horizontal plane, to assess the character of the disordered relations between femoral head and acetabulum. The data obtained should be used for selection of the optimal variant of surgical intervention in patients with congenital dislocation of the hip.
