Top list for milk production in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the risk zone for the efficiency of its production

The article discusses the parameters of milk production in the municipal regions of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The study was conducted using economic methods, including grouping, analysis, and systematic study of phenomena. The study identified the most successful regions of the region in terms of milk production - profitability of production, profit from sales, selling price. Also considered areas where there is a fact of a decrease in profits from the sale of milk. Based on the results of mathematical modeling, the Nizhny Novgorod region was divided into groups distributed according to changes in the efficiency of milk production in organizations of each zone. The groups are characterized by dynamic scenarios based on changes in the growth rate of production volume and the cost of milk, and growth in profitability. The economic zoning used in the study revealed 4 groups of growth in milk production efficiency - groups with medium, high, sharp growth and a decline in efficiency. This method of dividing into efficiency zones allows us to consider the general regional level at which organizations that are engaged in milk production function. These tools may be the basis for managerial decisions regarding the efficiency of milk production.
