Tops as utterance invariants in cognition and communication

Бесплатный доступ

The notion of tops as a system of semantic-structural mental utterance invariants is looked upon from the point of view of navigating a personal hypertext – a multimodal product of information processing that serves as inner context for cognition and communication. Experimental data help to trace the activation of tops at different levels of consciousness. The hypertext principle (in combination with features, tops and inner predication mechanism) is defined as a cognitive universal.
