Trade needs to have a law and a ministry

In 2005-2007 Department of Public Administration and Applied Management, Trading, Merchandising and Commodity Examination of the REA them. G.V. Plekhanov (headed by Prof. A.V. Orlov) with the participation of the Department of Commercial Law of Moscow State University. MV Lomonosov (prof. B. I. Puginsky) conducted work on the creation of the concept of the law "On Trade". The work was carried out by order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. The results of the research were approved by the expert council of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. The research results are reflected in three monographs: "Consumer market and domestic trade: development, legal and economic regulation", "Trade - goods - consumption: legal and economic regulation" and "Commerce - trading business - interbranch complexes: organization and regulation (Russian and foreign experience) ". In the proposed article, the authors consider the development trends of the consumer market and trade in conditions when the symptoms of the consumer boom are becoming more pronounced, write about the adoption of the much-needed trade law and the need to recreate the Ministry of Commerce.
