Traditional pedagogical culture of Abkhazians in family upbringing

The paper reveals the problem of ruining experience of home life of our ancestors in the conditions of the changed sociohistorical situation. It is caused by negative sides inevitably concealed in the civilization and its development. The author is convinced that the national pedagogics is aimed to look for and find possible ways of impact on younger generation. In this regard there was a need for experience studying, revival of the best traditions of family upbringing in the field of ethnopedagogics of Abkhazians. The modern pedagogical science and practice especially need the specification of the pedagogical bases providing efficiency of the organization and management of family upbringing process especially at the regional level. Their consideration was an objective of this research. The scientific novelty of research consists in disclosure of specifics of family upbringing in traditional pedagogical culture of the Abkhazian people.
