Traditional family values as an object of legal regulation and a mechanism for their preservation

The article analyzes the concept of family and family values, indicates ways to consolidate these institutions in Russian legislation. The article also pays attention to the need for legal regulation of family values in order to protect the state from "transformation" and preserve the cultural traditions of society, legal ways of preserving and supporting the institution of the family are considered.
