In order to implement the decisions of the head of our state on measures to further improve the system of foreign language learning, a great deal of work is under way in our country. In the opinion of the head of state, every branch owner should be able to understand and speak fluently the foreign language so that he can master his field and compete internationally. As you know, it is important to consider the age and psychology of foreign language learners. Particular attention should be paid to teaching young children especially the foreign language. The head of our state drew attention to the fact that grammatical material for the teaching of foreign language is not provided to first-graders. Here is a brief introduction to grammar. According to the definitions given in the dictionaries, grammar is a system of rules and principles that can be used to build oral and written content; to learn the structure of words and phrases.
