This work is devoted to the study of the influence of the presence of tragic deaths in the family to antivital personal profile. Materials and methods: We studied a group of students, the common pool amounted to 966 people; 233 persons knew there was a tragic death in their pedigree, the control group consisted of 733 people. It is known that the death of a relative may be classified as a prosuicide phenomenon though its significance needs to be yet clarified; we decided to empirically assess the importance of it for suicide practices, particularly in relation to integrated assessment of autoagressive risk behavior. Note that the results of the study confirmed the important role it plays for autoagressive trajectory formation. At the same time we examined a group of students with and without centenarians in their families (more than two people older than 80 years), taking them as "scriptwriting" opposite group. Results. We found no statistically significant differences in terms of a suicide between the last two groups; which led to the conclusion that the presence of centenarians in pedigree does not affect to the severity of auto-aggressive behavior patterns and their dynamics in the individual's life. It was found that respondents who were aware of the presence of the tragic death in the family were prone to having suicidal thoughts (29%), suicide attempts (10%), long-term experience of depression (54% of respondents), risky behavior, as well as to various self-harming behavior (burns, frostbite, selfcutting). Thus, it was found that knowledge of the existence of the tragic death in the family is closely associated with various antivital patterns of behavior and their predictors. This allows us to mark respondent’s indication of the presence of the tragic death in the family as an important aspect of the potential suicide risk formation and can be used as one of the issues in the screening assessment.
