For students of the special medical group of the Institute of physical culture, sports and tourism of Spbpu Peter the Great has already become familiar with the individual choice of the composition of physical exercise training sessions in connection with the results of individual (independent) medical and biological monitoring at the beginning of training sessions. However, the prognosis of the expediency of choosing the optimal alternation of cyclic, static and game physical exercises for young people with health problems fatally remains in the field of probabilistic calculations of professionals [1,5,6]. In this regard, the aim of our study was to recreate the synchronization of personal self-assessments of the current characteristics of the psychophysiological state of the student with the tested objective characteristics of individually unique combination of phases of physical, emotional and intellectual multi-day physiological rhythm in the implementation of the choice of sanitizing combination of dynamic, static and game physical activity training sessions.

Organization and methods of research. The study involved young freshmen 1819 years of age (15 students) with a diagnosis of "scoliosis" and "vascular dystonia". Determination of phases of multi-day physiological biorhythms [2,4] was carried out in the program “BIOR” directly at the beginning of the training session. Testing physical activity was given by step test in two versions; the first option -climbing a step 30 centimeters at a rate of 20 climbs per minute for 3 minutes; the second option was different from the first only "zero height steps" -moving the center of gravity horizontally step "one to the left, the next to the right and then." The pulse on the wrist was measured before the start of work for 60 seconds, for 15 seconds with a recalculation of 1 minute immediately after work and after 5 minutes of rest. The obtained data were grouped in accordance with the phases of biorhythms, diagnosis and assessment of the reliability of changes by the statistical nonparametric criterion "Criterion of signs" at the level of significance[4,5].

Research result. The research was conducted by the Laboratory "Bioadaptive Engineering" of the Institute of physical culture, sports and tourism of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, followed by a systematic analysis in the University environment of electronic and distance education.

It was found that the maximum changes in the pulse during physical work are more dependent on the phase of the physical rhythm 0-180-360 degrees, and the rate of recovery, the return of the pulse to similar values is the best in the phase of 90 degrees of physical rhythm. Combined phases of biorhythms increase the maximum pulse in the line of observations of training sessions for seven days. In patients diagnosed with "scoliosis" recovery period is shorter in both combinations of phases of biorhythms, whereas in the group diagnosed with

"vascular dystonia" pulse increase immediately after the maximum load, recovery time is almost doubled.

Thus, the accumulation over a long period of time characteristics of the optimal combination of all three biorhythms will form the most reasonable individual program of developing physical activity for each student.
