Transdisciplinary conception of cyclical nature of technical-economic paradigm development

This article discusses some theoretical issues related to the cyclical development of the socio-economic systems. It is shown that the application of transdisciplinary system methodology helps to solve the problem of determining the duration of stages of technical and economic paradigm development and to formulate proposals on how to justify the innovative policy of development of economic projects of any level.
