DIC technology transfer as an alternative to technology import under sanctions

The economic development of any country is based on the level of technological development of its industries, especially in the conditions of changing technological paradigm. The ever-deeper sanctions pressure because of current geopolitical developments is aimed at weakening the strategically important sectors of the Russian economy. Blocking access to advanced technologies, which undermines the policy of import substitution, has become an effective tool for suppressing the Russian economy. In the current circumstances, it is reasonable to rely on the transfer of high technologies from the national defense-industrial complex, taking place as part of the diversification process.
