Knowledge transfer with commercialization of developments on the innovation market

The market of innovations the author understands the organizational and economic relations arising in the process of promotion (market transfer) innovative products alignment of interests of all stakeholders in the implementation objects, volumes, price, timelines. He believes that the process of innovative development implies mandatory market implementation - the commercialization of scientific developments and products. Moreover, he believes that only the first commercial application of an innovation translates it into the status of innovation. It notes that the effectiveness of innovations and the production of high-tech products is inextricably linked with the market transfer of sprouted knowledge, the transfer of this knowledge along the chain from one market participant to another. It identifies three main areas (they also set up forms) of commercialization of University novelties, innovations, inventions and technological developments: the first direction - researches, experimental, design work, scientific investigation on orders of agro-industrial, industrial and other organizations and farms; the second - transfer of rights to patents, licensing; the third is the organization of small innovative production with direct or partial University participation. A SWOT analysis of possible models of commercialization of the University's developments and an analysis of the economic environment of the working conditions of the University's research units in the modern innovation market was carried out. Three possible schemes of market commercialization of knowledge and technologies are described.
