Economic System Transformation and Ensuring Economic Security

The current stage of socio-economic development is characterized by systemic transformations in most areas of economic activity, in particular in the field of economic security. Following the objective laws of dialectics, changes constantly occurring in the economy of the vast majority of countries, including Russia, require the economic system to meet the tasks associated with ensuring economic security. The global economy faces new risks that it has generated mostly by itself, and it presupposes a rethinking of the theory and practice of ensuring economic security. The emergence of risks that countries cannot fight alone with leads to the need to combine their efforts by the increasing importance of state regulation. In the context of risk overcoming, this article substantiates the necessity and possibility of using some of the principles of a mobilization economy.
