Transformation of innovative processes in accordance with the principle of openness

The article presents an analysis of the consequences of integrating open innovation into innovation processes. The aim of the study is to identify the consequences of the implementation of the principle of openness for participants in innovation processes, including research centers, enterprises of the real sector of the economy, the state and the local community. Particular attention is paid to the study of the evolution of the organizational form of the implementation of innovative development strategies, which imply the replacement of vertical relationships between participants with horizontal ones. The attributive features of network formations (ecosystems of entrepreneurship, etc.) that arise in accordance with the management decisions of the state and as a result of the functioning of the market self-regulation mechanism are revealed.
