The hospitality industry has begun to apply actively the artificial intelligence technologies of information systems of self-service, registration and departure of guests, and robot services provision, etc. Hotels of all sizes and categories target primarily these technological innovations, with new developments constantly increasing f unc tionality. Ar tif icial intelligence technolog ies are chang ing significantly the guests’ experience in the hospitality industry. The study of the artificial intelligence implementation in the hospitality industry is in its basics. This study analyses how the artificial intelligence can improve the quality of service and service management and benefit the company as well as the customer. The study is focused on the practical challenges that the hospitality industry faces while introducing artificial intelligence into standard operating procedures. The study also describes the artificial intelligence technologies impact on employees' attitudes to their work.
