Transformation of communicative culture in conditions of transition to an information society

In G. Rodina's article «Transformation of communicative culture in conditions of transition to an information society», first, is examined process of becoming of a new society when in all spheres of human practice deciding actions are undertaken on the basis of information technologies that has allowed to reveal the most adequate to modern modification processes of social development the term -«network posteconomy». Secondly, influence of these changes on that part of communicative culture which is connected with professional competences, - aside cany of accent with performing on creative characteristics of the worker and increase of the status of the competently -focused approach superseding knowledge-skills-practice's qualifying approach is found out. Thirdly, the intermediate role of professional competences in modern social development in a view of formation of the human capital acting perspective and practically inexhaustible source of economic growth is determined.
