The article describes the problem of modern competitiveness indicators, their transfer to the Internet space. The author proposed to introduce the concept of «online competition» into the practical meaning. A research was conducted to figure out the most competitive hotels in Omsk, and identified recommendations, which are developed to improve competitiveness in the hotel business.
