The article explores the transformation of the corporate culture of higher education organizations - explains the goals of the corporate culture of the university, the processes themselves, the advantages and problems of the changes taking place. A connection is being established: how digitalization of the socio-economic development of the country through the implementation of state programs influenced the introduction of innovations in higher education institutions. The three most significant projects that have significantly influenced Russian higher education over the past decade are analyzed.
