Transformation of management of organizations under the influence of modern turbulence in the economy

The modern Russian economy is developing under conditions of recurring macro-shocks, which takes it out of equilibrium. At the same time, these shock impacts, which together form the uncertainty and turbulence of the business environment, act as a factor in the transformation of the management of Russian companies. Moreover, this transformation is multidirectional, including positive consequences: there is an increase in management efficiency. The article analyzes the relevant processes and gives them a meaningful assessment.
