Transformation of public interaction in the context of digitalization

The research discusses the risks and challenges faced by society as a result of global digitalization processes. The problem is considered from two perspectives: the transformation of social institutions and the modification of social and economic interaction. On the one hand, digitalization has a devastating effect on public institutions, and on the other, it creates new opportunities for establishing the interaction between members of society. Digitalization has led to new social structures that replace state institutions and traditional formats of communication. The spread of digital technologies has significantly changed the balance of the productive forces of society and the organizational foundations of entrepreneurship. Digitalization allows potential customers to communicate directly with performers by eliminating unnecessary mediation. The research notes that the main threat is the unprecedented high speed of transformation processes that makes it difficult to adapt to new technologies. It is concluded that the intensive state policy is required in this regard.
