Transformation of official and mass media discourse in the promotion of family values: current trends

The article presents an axiological view of global trends in family policy, considers the problem of introducing new value foundations of human life into the mass media discourse. On the basis of documentary sources and expert analysis, the interrelation of these phenomena with the demographic crisis in most of the Russian regions, as well as the specifics of the demographic situation in the regions of the North Caucasus in the context of value prerequisites is traced. The author focuses on the transformational processes taking place in Russia in recent years in the official and mass media discourse. The author points out the timeliness of the transformation of the rhetoric of the country's leadership and rule-making activities in the spirit of the value-civilization approach and the need for its further dissemination.
