Transformation of organizational management structures IT companies: intelligent agents as an alternative to middle managers

The article explores the innovative concept of transformation of organizational management structures of IT companies through the replacement of middle managers with a system of functional intelligent agents. Against the background of the deepening personnel crisis in the Russian IT industry, an economically sound model of a two-level organizational structure is proposed, where only the strategic level of management and the level of executive specialists are preserved, while the tactical level of management is automated. The mechanisms of implementation of this model are presented, economic effects and potential risks are analyzed. It is proved that in the conditions of demographic crisis and personnel shortage, such a transformation can become a key factor in increasing the competitiveness of IT companies.
