The article presents a conceptual systemic-synergetic approach aimed at studying the impact of the transformation of professional competencies of personnel on improving the energy efficiency of enterprises, taking into account the impact of factors of innovative transformations. A new look at the structure of professional competencies is proposed, the main components are identified, the change of which affects the energy efficiency of enterprises. The article presents an understanding of the transformation of professional competencies as a process of cardinal changes in system components, aimed at ensuring an increase in the energy efficiency of enterprises. The study proceeded from the fact that professional competencies are a set of knowledge, skills, and abilities that are formed on the basis of the exchange of values in labor processes within the institutional environment with the ability to transform. The system-synergetic approach to the transformation of professional competencies made it possible to analyze and model the transformation processes in the context of increasing the energy efficiency of enterprises. The features and parameters of components of professional competencies, such as institutional space, “Soft skills” competencies, values, etc., are considered. The reasons for the transformation of professional competencies in the form of factors of innovative transformations “Hi-Tech - Hi-Hume” are determined. The article is intended for managers and specialists in the field of enterprise and personnel management, as well as for a wide range of readers and interested parties.
