Transformation of efficiency of the state registers: from socio-economic to civilizational one

The article describes the civilizational paradigm as one of the registers that determine the effectiveness of the state. States, with basic civilizational paradigm have the greatest chance for effective development and establishing leadership positions. Civilizational model of efficiency seems to be the most promising and viable. Therefore, the power aspect of the mission becomes the main context of building and forming the system of moral socio-political relations.
