The study presents the social and philosophical analysis of the intensive transformation processes taking place in modern society. It is hard to trace the bases of these processes, which determines the shortcomings of present-day political regulation. Local states become increasingly limited in their regulatory options due to the high level of interdependence of local societies. That is why to understand what spheres of public life have the most intensive impact on society is a high priority. The author hypothesizes that information processes dominate the society today since the most developing area of public life has the maximum transformative effect on society. For this reason, the intensifying information processes are represented by obvious social risks. The high potential of the information sector is regarded as a tool to address social relations. The relevance of the study is determined by the lack of theoretical developments concerning the relationship between the dynamics of social processes and their impact on society from a historical perspective. Analytical, historical, and system approaches help prove the interrelation between changes in the social sphere and their effect on society. The research reveals that communication environment has significantly transformed over time. In the author’s opinion, political, economic, and information processes are the most dynamic. Information determines the state of the political sphere and the nature of economic processes. As a result, information exchange becomes the dominant factor in social development.
