Transformation of the labour market and employment

The author considers urgent issues of the labour market, employment and cardinal changes in the social and labour spheres. The article is prepared basing upon the results relatively autonomous Bashkortostan part of the All-Russian research project “20 years reforms in opinions of Russians”, carried out in 2011 by the Institute of Sociology, Russian Academy of Sciences.
