Transformation of systems of control of technological processes at the enterprises of Russian chemical industry in the transition to a digital economy

The paper deals with the conditions of transformation of process control systems in the chemical industry of Russia for the transition to the digital economy. role of the chemical complex in the national economy is reflected. is concluded that the Russian chemical industry can be a key driver of digitalization of the real sector of the country''s economy. The analysis allowed to identify the main prerequisites for the transformation of automated process control systems in chemical enterprises for the conditions of the digital economy. This, in turn, created the conditions for the formulation of the leading areas of development of automated process control systems for them in the orientation of the country''s industrial policy on digitalization. Also, the main obstacles and difficulties to the implementation of models and methods of the digital economy in the management practices of chemical enterprises were noted. In conclusion, the results of the study are summarized.
