Transformation of the system of personnel corporate training in conditions of the “Labor productivity and employment support” national project implementation

The article is devoted to the study of the issues related to the transformation of the training process for personnel of industrial enterprises involved in the implementation of the national project on “Labor Productivity and Employment Support”. The changes that have occurred in the system of personnel corporate training at enterprises of the Perm Territory over the past 20 years are systematized. The distinctive features of personnel training for the enterprises of the Perm Territory in the context of the national project on “Labor Productivity and Employment Support” are determined. A model for advanced training of personnel of industrial enterprises is developed, that aims at increasing the labor productivity and is relevant to the economy of the Perm Territory. The results of the study can be the basis for the development of training and retraining programs for various categories of personnel of industrial enterprises implementing complex projects of organizational changes.
