Transformation of social-labor relations: a strategic approach

This article describes a strategic approach to the transformation of the system of social and labor relations, which includes the three main components of “strategic vision”, “dynamic abilities”, and “transformation technology”. The strategic approach to the transformation of the system of social and labor relations is aimed at reducing contradictions in the system and reducing (or excluding) the opportunistic behavior of personnel. The study is based on an integrated interdisciplinary methodology of a systems approach and strategic management. The author characterizes the strategic vision of the transformation of social and labor relations through scale, resources and prospects. An interpretation of the dynamic abilities of the process is proposed as the ability of the system of social and labor relations to form new relations, which includes the management of values and innovative activity.
